How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The estimated delivery time is mentioned at checkout. Depending on the country, it may take from two days to five days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payment for the bags as well as for shipping costs will be made using credit card, Stripe or Paypal. You will be charged in EURO for your order.

ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

The Customer declares being at least 18 years old and having full legal capacity or in case of a minor, guarantees having parental permission to place the Order. To place an Order, the Customer must follow the online purchase process and click on “Place Order” to submit an Order. The payment of the Order requires the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the price of the Items and the content of the Order. After validation of payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel an order before it is in preparation, you can communicate this to the following address indicating the order number: contact@aguedapenha.com.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the order has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to the client notifying of the orders dispatch.

How Can I Return a Product?

Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to make a return. The right to cancellation will be applicable if and when the items returned to “https://shop.aguedapenha.com” are in the same condition in which they were received, along with the complete original packaging and protective elements. Any product that is returned faulty, damaged, dirty, used or deteriorated will not be refunded and will be available to the client being sent back to the address that the products have been shipped from. If the mentioned conditions are complied with (regarding timeframe, communication and product condition) there will be a total refund in a maximum timeframe of 30 days.
